Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Substantial knowledge of architectural building systems.
• Experience with digital design tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and oversee technical design and contract documents.
• Validate designs conform to guidelines, quality assurance.
• Provide technical design solutions for new and renovation projects.
• Lead specifications assembly using NMS format.
• Coordinate and lead internal production teams.
• Mentor office staff technically.
• Assist with contract administration including site visits.
