• 5+ years of software development experience in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Proven experience building backend services and tools.
• Ability to act as a technical lead for small projects.
• Strong data modeling skills with significant experience working with SQL.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Identify and reduce technical debt and improve performance.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
