The role

Reports To : Executive Director, Canada

Location : Quebec or Ontario (preferred region), Remote

Salary range : $66,000 - $78,000 CAD (Placement within this range is dependent upon experience and location)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a bilingual, relationship-driven professional with a passion for equity and business development. As a Senior Associate, Supporter Success & Growth, you’ll manage a portfolio of client organizations across Canada, with a special focus on Quebec. You’ll combine strategic relationship management with proactive outreach to grow engagement and impact, shaping Catalyst’s presence in the Canada East region by building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping organizations activate their Inclusion commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management & Supporter Engagement: Serve as a Relationship Manager for a portfolio of 25–30 Supporter companies across Eastern Canada.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key contacts via email, phone, video, and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide tailored resources, and connect Supporters with Catalyst experts.
  • Track engagement and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Catalyst’s reach within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations that align with client goals.
  • Support the onboarding of new Supporters and ensure a seamless transition into the Catalyst community.
  • Secure a revenue goal of $400,000–$600,000 CAD
  • Travel up to 15% for in-person meetings with potential or current supporters.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact engagements and events.
  • Share insights and feedback to inform regional strategy and product development.
Education, Knowledge and Skills
  • 3–4 years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or business development.
  • Bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
  • Strong interest and experience in DEI with demonstrated impact
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with corporate clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
