The role
Reports To : Executive Director, Canada
Location : Quebec or Ontario (preferred region), Remote
Salary range : $66,000 - $78,000 CAD (Placement within this range is dependent upon experience and location)
We are seeking a bilingual, relationship-driven professional with a passion for equity and business development. As a Senior Associate, Supporter Success & Growth, you’ll manage a portfolio of client organizations across Canada, with a special focus on Quebec. You’ll combine strategic relationship management with proactive outreach to grow engagement and impact, shaping Catalyst’s presence in the Canada East region by building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping organizations activate their Inclusion commitments.
