Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in the North American architecture industry.
• Must have Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Valid class 5 driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of detailed construction drawings and BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Mentor junior technologists and contribute to firm-wide technical standards.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows

Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English

Strong technical skills with attention to detail

Strong knowledge of BCBC 2024

Experience with Lumion, Sketch-up, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite

Passion for regional design and community impact

Education

Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology

Registered with the AIBC or eligible for registration
