About the role:

Reporting to the Lead, Endpoint Management, the Senior Analyst, Endpoint Management is responsible for driving operational excellence for endpoint management across IT and mobile environments, assists with OT vulnerability remediation (VR), and supports SentinelOne, Tenable, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, Workspace One, and vulnerability response workflows in ServiceNow. The role requires deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), AppLocker application control policies, and Windows infrastructure Group Policy management.

In this role you will:
  • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
  • Oversee and optimize endpoint management solutions, including SentinelOne EDR, Tenable vulnerability scanning, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, Workspace One (for mobile devices), and ServiceNow vulnerability response workflows
  • Administer MECM for Windows patching, application deployments, inventory management, and compliance enforcement across IT and assist with the OT device landscapes
  • Implement and manage Windows security using AppLocker and Group Policy Objects (GPO), creating and maintaining policy configurations for application controls and system lockdown
  • Enhance the ServiceNow vulnerability module and automate ticketing, remediation, and reporting for vulnerabilities in all managed environments
  • Support patching, compliance, and configuration for Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Android, OT, and mobile endpoints
  • Collaborate with Cyber Defence, OT, and ServiceNow teams for risk response, incident investigations, and vulnerability remediation workflows
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation and guides for all endpoint management platforms, including MECM, AppLocker, and Group Policy
  • Present actionable reporting securely and accurately using PowerBI and Excel for technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Information Technology, computer science, or related field preferred
  • Experience administering MECM, AppLocker, and Group Policy in enterprise Windows environments
  • Experience with Workspace One or similar MDM platforms for enterprise mobile device management
  • Hands‑on experience managing SentinelOne, Tenable, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, and ServiceNow vulnerability modules
  • Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability response, and incident remediation for complex IT and OT networks
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills with PowerBI and Excel

$106,000 - $131,000 a year

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
