We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Asset Management to join our team in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will provide advanced analytical support, drive financial insights, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize asset performance and investment returns. This role will contribute to reporting, valuations, budgeting, and strategic asset management initiatives across office, retail, industrial, and multi-residential portfolios.

This position is required to be in the office 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses to support asset strategies, acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing decisions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual asset valuations, investor reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of operating budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for assigned assets.
  • Support strategic business plans by analyzing market trends, tenant performance, and operating results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, investments, leasing, development, property management) and external stakeholders to support investment objectives.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial models, reports, and asset management systems.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
Qualifications & Attributes
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in asset management, real estate investment, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Argus Enterprise is an asset.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, valuations, and real estate performance metrics; holding a CFA or CPA designation is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
