Key Responsibilities

• Active role in project management support function.
• Proactively assists in project coordination on assigned projects.
• Conducts detailed analysis, data extraction and research on detailed information related to emerging technologies and summarizes analysis of options.
• Develops and inputs workplans into Vantagepoint with support from the Analyst and / or Intermediate Analyst.
• Adapts existing presentations to meet client needs.
• Supports consultant team in the documentation and presentation of solution options.
• Contributes to gap analysis by documenting current state and future state.
• Participates in visioning sessions, user groups and senior management team workshops by preparing documentation and supporting the consultant team by facilitating break-out sessions.
• Prepares non-complex business cases as directed based on input and guidance from consultant team.
• Manages project priorities and time independently, seeking information to guide these decisions.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or certification in their respective fields (e.g., architectural technology, engineering, nursing degree, support service certifications, etc.).
• Experience supporting project management, including developing workplans, coordinating deliverables, and managing priorities.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong skills in analytics and project management, with a focus on Microsoft tools such as Excel.
• Solid skills in preparing clear, client-ready presentations and documentation.
• Familiarity with gap analysis, process documentation, and requirements gathering.
• Keen interest in healthcare operations, logistics, and materials management.
• Preference for experience in healthcare flows or a desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
