A local educational institution in Oro-Medonte is seeking a Senior Administrative Support (SAS) for its elementary division. The role includes managing office functions and acting as a resource for various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a Secondary School Diploma, advanced organizational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with specific board software and policies is preferred. This is a full-time position that requires participation in the OMERS Pension Plan and a commitment to equity and inclusion.
Permanent 35 hours/week
The Senior Administrative Support - Elementary is responsible for all of the main office functions by performing, prioritizing, co‑ordinating tasks and duties to ensure the administrative team meet timelines. The Senior Administrative Support acts as a resource to both internal and external individuals.
Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full‑time permanent employees, even if currently in receipt of an OMERS pension.
