We are looking for a Senior Accountant, Real Estate to join Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group’s Toronto-based real estate accounting team, working exclusively for our affiliate, Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd. (“Crestpoint”). The Senior Accountant, Real Estate is responsible for interacting with Crestpoint’s third-party property managers and the oversight of the day-to-day accounting functions they perform for Crestpoint’s diversified and growing portfolio of properties. This is a comprehensive position and requires the individual to have a solid understanding of all aspects of accounting.

As the portfolio of new investments continues to grow, we are looking for someone who is ready to work closely with Crestpoint’s third party property managers, investment and asset management teams to ensure they are receiving the information required to manage the properties effectively and that all internal and external reporting requirements are satisfied. You will be part of a high performing team and supported by the CFO, Real Estate and Controller, Real Estate Funds.
