Senior Account Executive (Book to Inherit) - Southeast England (Remote Working)

A rare opportunity has arisen to inherit a decent sized book of commercial clients due to an experienced Account Executive who is retiring from the business. There would be a full handover process with one of the existing Directors which will enable the successful person to fully engage with the client portfolio and due to this person leaving the industry, the book would not be under any attack.

This intermediary is a highly thought of independent brokerage with their head office situated in the Midlands, and this would therefore be a working from home role with a great deal of autonomy provided.

Ideally, you will come from a strong sales background, having previously worked in a commercial broker environment. It’s a must that you understand the different classes of commercial insurance and products. You will be self-motivated, confident, pro-active, and have a desire to succeed. With the portfolio being a certain size and dealing mainly with Mid-Corporate clients, there wouldn’t be a big focus on new business; however, there would be an expectancy to generate some income.

They are genuinely a nice company to work for with a very low turnover of staff, where the senior management team is very approachable and works closely with all client-facing executives.
