Responsibilities
The Vice President of Engineering and Operations will be responsible for:
- Identifying strategic objectives and milestones that will accelerate Client toward its corporate goals;
- Reviewing and evaluating corporate performance and identifying opportunities for improvement to achieve strategic goals and profitability;
- Collaborating with sales, product management, and marketing teams to understand customer needs and ensure product development and operations align with market demands;
- Leading the development and implementation of engineering and manufacturing programs, policies, procedures, and metrics to deliver high-quality products and services, maintaining a competitive position, and supporting strategic objectives;
- Ensuring the Engineering and Operations teams stay updated on technological changes and market trends that could impact the business;
- Building and leading engineering and operations teams with the skills required to meet delivery deadlines and product requirements while maintaining quality;
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continual improvement;
- Creating an organizational climate that maximizes employee potential, productivity, and retention of key members;

Preferred Experience / Education
The following qualifications are important for success in this role:
- 15+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary groups in fabless semiconductor companies or semiconductor IP providers, with at least five years at the executive management level;
- More than 5 years’ experience in developing and reviewing contracts, statements of work, and quotes;
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably a Master’s degree;
- Experience leading teams of more than 50 employees;
