• Lead a team of on‑site security guards

Qualifications for Campus Security Supervisor

WSIB‑approved First Aid & CPR Level C

Authorized to work in Canada

1–3 years of experience in a security supervisory role

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work continental rotational shifts (days and overnights)

Professional demeanor with a customer‑service mindset
