We are looking for an energetic and motivated Security Supervisor to join our team at CN Tower. Maintaining the daily operation of the site schedule and effectively leading, supervising and mentoring a team provides a wonderful opportunity for a supervisor who is looking for the next step in their career.

Schedule: Mon to Fri 7 am to 3 pm

The day-to-day
  • Conduct regular patrols and building checks (including parkade and boiler inspections) to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Provide First Aid, CPR, and AED support as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain security systems (alarms, cameras, access control); oversee CCTV operations and coordinate repairs.
  • Manage access requests, enforce site policies, and ensure accurate incident reporting.
  • Supervise on-site team operations, including scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management staff.
  • Collaborate with site and operations management on supplies, uniforms, and client communications.
Here’s What You Need
  • Valid Alberta Security License
  • Experience in a supervisory role within the security industry
  • OFA 1 (Required)
  • OFA II or III an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diplomacy and sensitivity
  • Professional written communication skills
  • Analytically minded with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capability
  • Use of judgement and effective time management as well as being highly organized.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays when required.
  • Full-time availability with flexibility.
