Your Mission as a Luxury Concierge:
  • Be the Face of Luxury: Deliver exceptional front-desk concierge and security services, creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all residents and guests.
  • Build Professional Relationships: Act as the first point of contact, addressing resident needs and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.
  • Uphold a Secure Environment: Ensure strict adherence to property rules and safety protocols, conduct regular patrols, and manage access control.
  • Master Your Skills: Actively participate in our ongoing training sessions, honing your skills in emergency response, conflict resolution, and customer service excellence.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required.
  • A passion for delivering first-class customer service, ideally with prior experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or high-end security roles.
  • An impeccable professional demeanour, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with composure.
  • The ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends (minimum 30 hours/week commitment for part-time).
  • Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
  • Handle security incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular patrols and site inspections to maintain security standards.
  • Perform access control duties and monitor security systems.
  • Identify and report any security risks or hazards.
  • Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment and security systems; knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and security protocols.
  • Respond immediately to any emergency and coordinate response accordingly based on established procedures.
  • Attend court for the purpose of giving evidence on security matters as required.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and corrective action to security guards.
  • Reporting to the Assistant Security Manager and work as part of the security team in day-to-day security operations for the Brampton location.
Additional Notes

Eligibility to work in Canada; no criminal background; bondable and capable of being licensed. 19 years of age or older as per licensing requirements.
