Your Mission as a Luxury Concierge:
- Be the Face of Luxury: Deliver exceptional front-desk concierge and security services, creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all residents and guests.
- Build Professional Relationships: Act as the first point of contact, addressing resident needs and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.
- Uphold a Secure Environment: Ensure strict adherence to property rules and safety protocols, conduct regular patrols, and manage access control.
- Master Your Skills: Actively participate in our ongoing training sessions, honing your skills in emergency response, conflict resolution, and customer service excellence.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required.
- A passion for delivering first-class customer service, ideally with prior experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or high-end security roles.
- An impeccable professional demeanour, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with composure.
- The ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends (minimum 30 hours/week commitment for part-time).
- Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Handle security incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections to maintain security standards.
- Perform access control duties and monitor security systems.
- Identify and report any security risks or hazards.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment and security systems; knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and security protocols.
- Respond immediately to any emergency and coordinate response accordingly based on established procedures.
- Attend court for the purpose of giving evidence on security matters as required.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and corrective action to security guards.
- Reporting to the Assistant Security Manager and work as part of the security team in day-to-day security operations for the Brampton location.

Eligibility to work in Canada; no criminal background; bondable and capable of being licensed. 19 years of age or older as per licensing requirements.
