Second language training experience rewarded

Using your in-depth knowledge of teaching tools and methods, you’ll help employees acquire second language skills to meet the language requirements of their positions.

You’ll also provide input into the development of the employee second language training program.

What You’ll Do
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the employee second language program
  • Conduct individual needs analysis for students
  • Research and prepare exercises, tests and assignments and modify lessons to meet learners’ needs
  • Prepare progress reports to monitor student progress
  • Assist senior leaders in reaching their learning objectives and acquiring the second language skills necessary for their roles

What You’ll Need
  • A bachelor’s degree in French, English, education or linguistics and at least three years of experience teaching French or English as a second language (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Advanced proficiency in both official languages to teach English and French
