Job summary

A prominent historical museum in Calgary is searching for a seasonal Interpretive Programmer to engage visitors through storytelling and demonstrations of Western Canada’s history from the 1860s to the early 1950s. As part of this role, the individual will work in themed areas, effectively communicate historical knowledge, and contribute to a positive visitor experience. The position requires strong public speaking skills and experience in customer service. Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.

Qualifications

• Enrollment or completion of secondary school education; post-secondary education in relevant areas preferred.
