Seasonal Associate ( Stock, Order Fulfillment)

What are we hiring for in our stores?

We’re hiring for Seasonal Associates, Order Fulfillment & Stock Movement who will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and maintaining organized stock operations. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, efficient merchandise movement, and a seamless luxury shopping experience while supporting sales and upholding high standards of service and operational excellence.

What you will be doing
Order Fulfillment
  • Accurately manage Customer Transfer Sale (CTS) and online orders: produce pick lists, organize picking routes, and process shipping confirmations promptly

  • Package and inspect all client orders, checking product quality, labels, and footwear pairs before shipping

  • Process customer returns by tracking, inspecting merchandise for resalable condition, and issuing refunds

  • Maintain system updates, monitor order notifications, and ensure timely action on all orders

  • Track fulfillment rates, update cancellation reports, and replenish Wrap & Pack supplies as needed

Stock Movement
  • Keep stock areas neat, organized, and safe

  • Receive merchandise onto the selling floor and assist with stock recovery and fixture moves

  • Process price changes, markdowns, returns to vendor, and consolidations on schedule

  • Execute and send client transfer requests on the same day; deliver items to shipping and alterations when required

  • Follow all Health & Safety policies

  • Demonstrated teamwork skills

  • Ability to stand for periods of time, move between the store and back-office areas, and lift up to 30 lbs, with ability to use a ladder and move display items as required

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings/afternoons/evenings/weekends during the holiday season between October 27th and January 10th

  • Opportunity for additional overnight shifts during Black Friday peak sales week, on a first-come, first-served/volunteer basis. Overnight shift premium pay rates will be offered.
