The Scrum Master is the facilitator for an agile development team andserves as a point person responsible for applying the scrum methodology to drive high quality product development. They are responsible for delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring the team is working on the right tasks at the right time. They also want to ensure the team is fully deployed and set up for success to meet the commitments of each sprint. The Scrum Master will work closely with the product owner to translate epics, stories, and other items identified through sprint planning and translate them into actionable tasks for developers. They will have a high ability to organize team activities, problem solve and remove obstacles that impede delivery.
