A Christian university in Hamilton is inviting applications for a full-time tenure-track position in the Business Program, beginning July 01, 2026. Candidates must have an advanced degree in Strategic Management or related fields and a passion for mentoring students. Redeemer University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track, open rank position in the Business Program beginning on July 01, 2026. Candidates must be aligned with and be passionate about Redeemer’s Christian mission of integrating faith in teaching. Ideal candidates will hold an EMBA, MBA, DBA and/or PhD in Strategic Management or Organizational Behaviour, coupled with either a CPA and/or legal training (for Business Law). Candidates will also have a demonstrated record (or show potential) of excellence in undergraduate teaching.
The successful candidate will teach a combination of the following courses:
Tenure-track faculty have the opportunity to be on one of three faculty tracks: Scholar-teacher (focusing on teaching), Scholar Research (providing more space for research), and Scholar-Professional (providing space for continuation of professional practice). This position carries a teaching load of 4 to 8 courses per year, depending on the track.

As a liberal arts and sciences university rooted in the Reformed tradition of Christianity, we seek candidates committed to this framework. Applicants should submit a letter of application, curriculum vitae, evidence of teaching quality, and the names of three individuals who have agreed to provide letters of reference should the applicant advance to a later stage of the process.
In addition to these materials, applicants must include a 1-page statement of faith document describing their own Christian faith commitment and practice, its alignment with Redeemer’s mission and its impact on their academic and professional work. A range of qualifications will be evaluated, including distinguishing characteristics that demonstrate congruence with Redeemer’s identity as a university in the Protestant and particularly Reformed Christian tradition.
