Job summary

A recruitment solutions company based in Kensington is seeking an organized individual for an administrative role. You will manage multiple diaries, coordinate with internal and external contacts, and provide overall administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, be confident in handling a heavy workload, and possess experience in a similar role. This position is full-time with a temporary contract lasting 12 weeks, with the potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple diaries at a time.
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to coordinate work orders.
  • Prioritize work orders efficiently.
  • Contact customers to schedule appointments and update them.
  • Provide administrative support where necessary.
  • Updating data on the internal system.
  • Chasing outstanding purchase orders.

Location: Kensington

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Contract: This is a 12-week temporary contract, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple diaries at a time.
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to coordinate and carry out work orders.
  • Prioritise work orders, accordingly, ensuring overdue or un-actioned tasks are seen to efficiently.
  • Contact customers to schedule appointments, following up and updating them throughout the process.
  • Provide administrative support where necessary.
  • Updating data on the internal system.
  • Chasing outstanding purchase orders.
