SAP Training & Support – Mobility Solution Rollout – 8/6 roster, various sites. 12 months + extensions, $70 per hour + super.

Talent International is working with an industry leading client in the resources sector on a crucial SAP mobility rollout solution and are looking to onboard with immediate effect multiple resources to join on an 8/6 roster over an initial 12 month period.

Position Overview

The Mobility Solution Training and Support Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive training and ongoing support to tradespeople at a site. This role requires a strong understanding of work management processes, experience in delivering systems training, basic IT knowledge, SAP experience, and change management expertise. The specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring successful adoption and effective utilization of the mobility solution among tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training sessions: Design and deliver training sessions to educate tradespeople on the functionalities, features, and best practices of the mobility solution. Develop training materials, including user manuals, guides, and presentations, to facilitate the learning process.
  • Provide hands‑on support: Offer on‑site assistance and guidance to tradespeople during the initial implementation and subsequent use of the mobility solution. Address any technical issues or questions they may have, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Work Management Processes: Possess an understanding of work management processes specific to the industry or organization. Align the training and support activities with these processes, ensuring tradespeople can effectively integrate the mobility solution into daily work routines.
  • Deliver systems training: Utilize your experience in delivering systems training to facilitate the learning and adoption of the mobility solution. Employ instructional techniques, such as demonstrations, workshops, and interactive exercises, to enhance the understanding and proficiency of tradespeople.
  • Basic IT knowledge: Possess a foundational understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, networks, and common technical issues. Be capable of troubleshooting and resolving basic technical challenges faced by tradespeople while using the mobility solution.
  • SAP experience: Utilize your experience and familiarity with SAP to provide comprehensive training and support to tradespeople. Understand how the mobility solution integrates with SAP or leverages SAP functionalities, and effectively communicate the integration processes to end‑users.
  • Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to work management processes and mobility solutions. Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on feedback and lessons learned from users.
