Qualifications

• Proven experience with the configuration and support of FI, CO, SD, MM, and SCM modules.
• Hands‑on experience with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Proficiency in both SAP ECC6 and S4/HANA.

Location: Woodbridge, ON (4 Days On-site) Term: Permanent Role Type: Functional Analyst / Support & Implementation

The Opportunity

Our client, a global leader in the automotive and enthusiast space, is undergoing a major digital transformation, including an ongoing . Following a series of North American acquisitions, we are looking for a hands‑on SAP Business Analyst to support the Senior Lead in streamlining operations across our expanding entity.

The Role

This is a high-impact role that blends traditional business analysis with deep functional troubleshooting. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the SAP environment supports our rapid growth.

• Implementation & Upgrades: Assist the Lead BA with the transition from ECC6 to S4/HANA.

• Functional Support: Provide daily troubleshooting and user support across core SAP modules.

• Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, document workflows, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Systems Integration: Manage and support EDI processes and data flow between internal and external partners.

Technical Requirements (Must Haves)

• Core SAP Modules: Proven experience with the configuration and support of FI, CO, SD, MM, and SCM modules.

• Deep FICO Knowledge: Hands‑on experience with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable/Payable (AR/AP), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).

• Environment Experience: Proficiency in both SAP ECC6 and S4/HANA.

• The "Functional" Edge: You must have experience with application troubleshooting—this is not a documentation‑only role.

• EDI: Solid understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards and support.

• Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders across North American offices (Houston, Denver, Chicago).

Nice to Haves

• Language: Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong asset for global team collaboration.

• Logistics: Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is highly valued.
