Job Summary

As a Salesforce Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions within the financial services sector. You will be a valued member of the architecture team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions meet industry standards and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions focusing on Financial Service Cloud and SFDC Service Cloud.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce Agentforce to streamline customer service operations.
• Provide expert guidance on leveraging Salesforce to optimize life new business processes and agency management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce implementations.
