Job Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and retail sales staff.
• Assign duties, create work schedules, and monitor staff performance.
• Train employees on store procedures, customer service practices, product knowledge, and point-of-sale operation.
• Maintain inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate restocking of shelves.
• Ensure merchandising, product display, and promotional materials meet company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns when required.
• Assist with store opening and closing duties, including daily cash reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to Alberta liquor retail regulations and company policies.
• Participate in hiring recommendations and performance reviews.
• Support management with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Education: Completion of secondary school.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory experience is an asset.
