What will you do?

We're looking for a driven and collaborative Sales Representative to help grow our Secure Power business across Western Canada. If you thrive in a project-based sales environment and enjoy building strong relationships, this role is for you.

  • Drive revenue growth by promoting Transactional & Edge (T&E) solutions through channels like resellers, distributors, and contractors
  • Collaborate with internal teams and T&E Partner Sales Representatives to advance leads and grow the sales funnel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to uncover new opportunities
  • Focus on verticals such as healthcare, education, and transportation to drive regional project revenue
  • Support forecasting and business reviews to meet quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and strengthen regional partner strategies to expand market reach

  • Engineering or technical degree (preferred)

  • Must be able to travel up to 40% mainly within Western Canada
What\'s in it for you?

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $81,600-$122,400 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers an inclusive benefits package to support all of our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, pension matching, well-being programs, holidays & paid time off, and more. If you feel that your experience is either above or below the initial requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply for the position. We are considering candidates of varying seniority for this role, and the salary range will be adjusted accordingly based on your experience.
