Sales Representative – Oil Absorbent Products
Requirements
Requirement (Dealbreaker):
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in the oil absorbent industry (pads, socks, booms, spill kits, or related products)
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of oil absorbent products across industrial, environmental, marine, and distribution channels
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, and end-users
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Canada and the U.S.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and tailored solutions
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Qualifications
- Direct experience in oil absorbent sales (required)
- Strong knowledge of industry products, applications, and customer needs
- Established industry network with proven ability to generate results
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills
