Additional Information
  • Pay: Pay will start at $19.80/hour and can be adjusted based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 6AM - 5PM with opportunity for overtime as business demands, no rotations
  • Relocation assistance is NOT available for this position
What will you do
  • At SPM Oil & Gas, our primary objective is to provide our customers with excellent engineering solutions through our products and superior customer service
  • Process incoming iron start to finish. Able to accept equipment from delivery, recertify equipment, load equipment for delivery, complete all associate paperwork, perform quality check, and manage inventory (without supervision)
  • Understand customer requirements throughout the entire refurbishment of flow control products to produce high quality products
  • Clean, strip and inspect all required flow control components
  • Prepare flow control products for Gauging, Ultra Sonic, and MPI inspections
  • Disassemble of flow control products per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Provide proper care and maintenance of all shop tools, equipment, and work area
  • Exhibit and always advocate exemplary safety culture
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What you will have
  • Ability to operate hand tools such as pneumatic tooling
  • Possess a sound Mechanical aptitude
  • Demonstrate consistency, accountability, reliability, and solid work ethic
What Top Candidates will have
  • Three to six months’ related experience and/or training in the oil and gas field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of oil and gas equipment
  • Have a clean driving record, which generally means:
    • No more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months.
    • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to wear protective footwear and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the department

  • Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions

Summary Pay Range
