A leading hearing care provider is looking for a Sales & Reception Coordinator in Sidney, BC. This permanent full-time position involves supporting multiple clinics, interacting with patients, and ensuring excellent customer service. We are growing and searching for a Sales & Reception Coordinator (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) to join our Client Care team on the Island in BC supporting our Victoria Oak Bay, Victoria Fort Street, and Sidney clinics. This is a permanent full-time position and hours of work are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. This is a multi-site role supporting 3 clinics within the region. The selected candidate will be assigned to the clinic closest to them as a "home" location and mileage will be paid to the other clinics. Based on the nature of the role, access to a car and a license is required.
