Overview
Rogers Advanced Services Team is seeking a results-driven Manager of Partner Programs to develop, manage, and enhance strategic partnerships that drive business growth and innovation. This role focuses on aligning partner initiatives with Rogers’ Advanced Services, including Network, IoT, WPN, Data Centre, and Managed Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure mutual success.
This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key strategic partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Rogers Advanced Services and external partners.
- Advocate for partner needs within Rogers to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Program Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement partner program strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify and onboard new partners to enhance Rogers’ service offerings and market reach.
- Ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support for success.
- Performance Management & Optimization
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance to maximize revenue and growth.
- Develop and present regular reports on partner contributions and impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
- Support the development of joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing between Rogers teams and partners to enhance service integration.
- Contract Negotiation & Governance
- Lead negotiations for partner agreements, ensuring mutual value and compliance.
- Manage contract renewals, service-level agreements (SLAs), and governance frameworks.
- Address any partnership challenges proactively and implement corrective actions.
- Other Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to evolve partner programs based on market dynamics.
- Represent Rogers at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
What you will bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role in telecommunications, technology, or managed services industries.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to establish and manage strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and service innovation.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of enterprise solutions, managed services, and advanced service delivery models.
- Proficiency with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms).
- Familiarity with Rogers’ Advanced Services offerings and industry best practices.
