Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Classic Car Sales Manager located in Sylvan Lake, AB. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing and coordinating sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The duties will also include training and mentoring the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance. Managing our new indoor classic car showroom and procuring future Auctions clients and Consignments

Qualifications
  • Leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
  • sales and knowledge in the classic collector car auction industry
  • Former Auction sales experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of the collector, car, industry, and knowledge of classic car, trends, and sales
  • Sales strategy development and implementation skills
  • Strong client relationship-building and communication skills
  • Sales target achievement and performance reporting skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in mass marketing for automobile, sales and knowledge in using a wide variety of marketing platforms, including Ebay and Bring A Trailer Auto Trader, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an asset
  • Experience in the auction industry is a plus
