Salary range $130K to $150K CAD, commensurate with experience

Electronic Coating Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue and profitability by developing and following up on leads, aligning company strengths with customer needs, and executing strategies that expand market presence. The Sales Manager will ensure clear communication between customer expectations and operational capabilities, while building and leading channel partnership teams dedicated to acquiring and nurturing key accounts and generating new sales opportunities.

Sales Manager Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing sales and sales teams in industrial manufacturing in the US and Canada
  • Knowledge in medical device, electronics, automotive, and aerospace manufacturing environments a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software; experience in cross-platform ERP systems helpful
  • Demonstrated financial aptitude in forecasting and NPV analysis of business opportunities
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time in the US and Canada for customer meetings, work with operating entities, trade shows, company meetings, etc.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or individuals
  • Ability to work independently and interact professionally and effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • Positive and professional attitude under pressure
  • Change agent with urgency, high integrity, and the ability to mentor and lead
