We are looking for a Personal Insurance Broker to join BrokerLink at our Thunder Bay office on a permanent full-time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Sell new policies and retain existing clients
• Quote new business via outbound calls, introductory letters, and walk-ins
• Coordinate with Underwriters and Adjusters regarding policies
• Prepare documentation, complete applications, issue certificates, process changes, and review renewals
• Stay current on underwriting rules and workflows
• Participate in training and community marketing initiatives
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities
• Provide guidance and assistance as needed

• Post-secondary education required
• Relevant sales and customer service experience
• Ability to generate sales leads
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
