Sales Executive – Luxury Jewellery

Laval, QC | Full-time | $40,000–$80,000/year (performance-based)

Donj Jewellery is a fast-growing jewellery house specializing in custom engagement rings and luxury diamond creations. With our brand-new store in Laval, we’re redefining the jewellery experience with transparency, creativity, and craftsmanship.

The Role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Executive (English & French) with 3+ years of sales experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and passionate about helping clients celebrate life’s biggest moments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in-store, online, and by phone
• Present diamond, metal, and custom design options
• Close sales and follow up with prospects (minimum 4 follow-ups per client)
• Prepare orders, coordinate with designers, and track production
• Participate in product & lifestyle video shoots
• Contribute to social media posting and engagement
• Conduct a monthly guard (inventory check)
• Support VIP client relations and daily store operations

Salary & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $2,500/month ($30,000/year) from day one (including the 4-week paid training)
• Commission (on gross profit):
• 3% on GP up to $30,000/month
• 4% on GP from $30,001–$50,000/month
• 5% on GP above $50,000/month
• Performance bonus: +$500 if GP exceeds $50,000/month

Earnings Examples

• $20,000 GP/month → $3,100/month (~$37,200/year)
• $40,000 GP/month → $3,700/month (~$44,400/year)
• $50,000 GP/month → $4,600/month (~$55,200/year)
• $70,000 GP/month → $5,600/month (~$67,200/year)
• $100,000 GP/month → $7,100/month (~$80,000/year, typical top performer)

Regular performers: $40k–$55k/year

Strong performers: $65k–$75k/year

Le poste

Nous recherchons un(e) représentant(e) des ventes bilingue (français & anglais) avec minimum 3 ans d’expérience en vente. La personne idéale est proactive, motivée et passionnée par l’accompagnement des clients dans leurs moments les plus précieux.

Responsabilités

• Accueillir les clients en boutique, en ligne et par téléphone
• Présenter les options de diamants, métaux et design personnalisé
• Conclure les ventes et assurer un suivi client (minimum 4 suivis par client)
• Préparer les commandes et assurer le suivi avec les designers
• Participer aux tournages photo et vidéo (produits & style de vie)
• Contribuer aux publications et à l’engagement sur les réseaux sociaux
• Effectuer un garde (vérification d’inventaire) mensuel
• Appuyer la gestion des relations VIP et les opérations quotidiennes

Salaire et avantages

• Salaire de base garanti : 2 500 $/mois (30 000 $/an) dès le premier jour (incluant la formation rémunérée de 4 semaines)

• 4 % sur GP de 30 001 $ à 50 000 $/mois
