We are currently looking for a Sales Director, QC to join Stingray Advertising, the largest North American retail audio advertising network, representing top Canadian retailers like Walmart, Loblaws, Sobeys, Jean-Coutu, Super C, Dollarama and Metro. With a focus on the Quebec market, this role is pivotal in generating outbound demand and revenue with Quebec-based businesses.

  • Lead Generation + Prospecting: Conduct outbound demand-generation activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to identify and engage with potential Quebec-based advertisers. Utilize prospecting tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, analyze lead quality, and maintain accurate records. Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and track results.
  • Client Engagement: Present company offerings, address client needs, and customize solutions to enhance satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with Quebec-based advertisers.
  • Market Research: Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer personas to refine outreach strategies. Stay informed about the retail media landscape and emerging trends.
  • Experience: 3+ years local/national media sales experience
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and communication tools. Strong social media skills, particularly on LinkedIn, to effectively connect with prospects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal/written communication, resilience, and organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
