What- the Opportunity

On behalf of our Client, SWIM is recruiting for a Sales & Customer Service Representative (contract to potential permanent role) who will reporting directly into a passionate Owner.

Who- the Candidate

Our client is seeking a motivated, proactive, highly organized, self-starter capable of multitasking to join their operations team. They are looking for someone eager to find a long-term position with lots of growth opportunities within the company down the road. Their ideal candidate has strong spoken and written communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service. Ideally at least 1 year recent and relevant experience in a customer facing role. We are seeking someone with a great attitude to work- someone who brings their A game to the office every day, and who is excited about contributing to a successful and growing organization with a tight-knit, family-feel corporate culture. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to tackle many duties and projects over the course of a single workday. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills are required. Candidates should have very good computer skills, particularly using Microsoft Office.

What- the Role
  • Scheduling and coordinating site visits.
  • Quoting, invoicing and associated product sales.
  • Support calls, capturing important information and data entry into various platforms.
  • Reception back up duties, which include directing inbound calls and walk-in traffic; inbound and outbound mail; and other ad hoc administrative duties.
Where

Surrey, BC. This role would be great for candidates coming from Delta, Surrey, Ladner, Tsawwassen or Richmond.

How Much

Hourly rate in the range of $21.50-$26/hr.
