ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team at Regina Nissan. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the sale or lease of new or pre-owned vehicles.
  • Maintain customer databases, including owner follow-up, unsold customers, and confirmation of delivery dates and times. Keep detailed notes in our CRM software and set future follow-ups.
  • Ensure all customer communication complies with CASL regulations.
  • Handle vehicle delivery, including inspecting the vehicle two hours prior to delivery.
  • Maintain current product knowledge of our brands and competitive models. Understand aftermarket products such as warranties, chemical applications, finance plans, and accessories.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and training courses.
  • Conduct lot walks at least twice a week to stay updated on inventory.
  • Assist with lot maintenance, including moving sold vehicles, re-parking demos, and snow removal.
