Location : Regency Retirement Resorts have 8 locations in the Okanagan, including Vernon, Penticton, West Kelowna, and Kelowna. This position is onsite in Penticton.

Job Description : Under the direction of the General Manager, the Lifestyle Sales Consultant builds relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process, and achieving move-in goals. This role combines sales expertise with a passion for helping seniors find the lifestyle they deserve and ensuring successful leasing of resort suites.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
  • Conduct tours of the community, showcasing amenities, services, and lifestyle benefits.
  • Educate potential residents and families about community offerings, care options, and financial details.
  • Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain engagement and provide information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain an updated database of leads and contacts, documenting interactions and follow-ups.
  • Assist in planning and hosting community events and open houses to attract prospective residents.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Skills for Success :

  • Salary and Hours :

  • Full-time position (37.5 hrs / week), Tuesday-Saturday, with some flexibility, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Base salary between $53,000 and $59,000, plus typical 20% commission.
