We currently have 40 retail operations open and/or in development, and growth continues. We are hiring for our Edmonton locations: Windermere Crossing, Windermere Currents, and Windermere South.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers about products and offerings.
• Assist customers with purchases and cash handling; operate the POS system.
• Balance a customer-oriented approach with a results-driven mindset and meet sales goals.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and handle complaints with patience and care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or another customer service/sales role.
• Experience in handling cash and utilizing a POS system.
• Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.
• Patient and comfortable dealing with customer complaints.
