Job Summary:

You will be responsible for print output activities within our Prepress Graphics department, collaborating with clients, sales, and vendors to deliver high‑quality, on‑time marketing solutions. This role offers daily variety, learning opportunities, and direct client interaction to create effective campaigns across banners, booklets, and apparel.

Responsibilities

• Perform production requirements efficiently and on schedule.
• Meet with clients via phone, in person, or Zoom to discuss project needs and develop strong marketing campaigns, including quoting options and follow‑up.
• Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure optimal product options, quality, and pricing.
• Offer graphic design ideas, solutions, and alternatives based on customer input.
• Schedule all work to meet customer time frames; monitor deadlines and report conflicts to management before jobs are due.
• Gain proficiency with current technology for creating graphics, documents, and digital files, and remain eager to learn new tools.
• Perform regular computer backups and archive customer files, purging obsolete ones.

Skills and Qualifications

• Two years of education in graphic design or five years of practical experience within the print or sign industry.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with PDF, PostScript files, and PDF plug‑ins.
• High–level understanding of excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
