Position details: Schedule: Part time. Shift: Variable. Length of Contract: Regular Position. Location: 433-19705 Fraser Highway (5758), Langley, BC. Travel requirements: Up to 100%. Requisition ID: 298444. This role is part of Retail (In Store / Hourly) & Sales and Service.

Responsibilities
  • Enhance the retail experience in our stores by providing best-in-class service and value-added solutions to customers
  • Promote Rogers & Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
  • Engage and grow your customer base with personalized communication and outreach via phone calls and business text messaging
  • Participate in community events and outreach to support local small businesses
  • Operate with a creative spirit that adapts to an ever-changing environment while pursuing sales goals
