Our client is a family owned and operated automotive dealership based in Bolton. They are committed to providing premium vehicles and an unmatched customer experience.
They are growing at a rapid rate and are seeking to add a Sales and F&I Associate for a hybrid role at their dealership!
Responsibilities:
- Actively sell and promote dealership inventory to prospective customers, ensuring a customer-focused approach
- Guide customers seamlessly through the entire buying and financing process
- Clearly and professionally explain available finance and lease options, tailoring recommendations to meet individual customer needs
- Prepare, complete, and submit accurate credit applications to lending institutions in a timely manner
- Manage all finance-related documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and company policies
- Liaise with financial institutions to obtain necessary approvals, resolve issues, and finalize sales agreements efficiently
- Coordinate and schedule test drives, customer appointments, and follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage, track, and update sales leads and inventory data within dealership systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid OMVIC Salesperson Registration is mandatory and must be maintained throughout employment
- Must possess a valid G-class driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by dealership operations
- Proven excellence in automotive sales and/or finance, preferably within a dealership environment
- Strong understanding of vehicle financing and credit application processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using dealership management software and systems to manage leads, inventory and customer information
