Job summary

A leading emergency response company is seeking a Primary Care Paramedic to provide essential medical care based on SBI protocols. This role requires flexibility, as travel is expected within Alberta and British Columbia for various emergency situations. Candidates should have H2S, Standard First Aid, and CSO certifications, along with excellent communication skills in English. This temporary position offers pay ranging from $400 to $500 per day, with an expected start date in December 2025.

Qualifications

  • Must have H2S, Standard First Aid, and CSO certification.
  • Able to drive Skidoo or Side-By-Side with provided training.
  • Must submit a clean 5-Year Commercial Driver’s Abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care according to SBI protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness of MTC/Truck at all times.
  • Sign in/out personnel on location.

Pay: $400–$500 per day

Job type: Temporary, Seasonal, Part-time, Casual

Location: Alberta, with travel to British Columbia

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care in accordance with the scope of practice/SBI protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness of MTC/Truck at all times
  • Adhere to SBI Safe Work Practices and Hazard ID Procedures
  • Coordinate STARS site if needed
  • Generate daily ERP from site to nearest medical aid
  • Fill out daily paperwork: safety meeting with headcount, daily operation reports, AED checklist, hazard identification, service tickets, accident/incident reports if applicable
  • Sign in/out personnel on location
Qualifications and Requirements
  • H2S, Standard First Aid, and CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
  • Driver’s license; ability to drive Skidoo or Side‑By‑Side (training provided)
  • Clean 5‑Year Commercial Driver’s Abstract (send with resume)
  • PCP registered in Alberta and/or BC
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • Ready to deploy for work immediately
  • Ability to travel to Alberta and BC for extended periods on an ongoing basis
