A regional school district is seeking a Program Worker in Food Services to assist in creating a healthy eating program and managing food services in schools. The role involves recommending menus, supervising student activities, and ensuring sanitation standards. Applicants must have Grade 12 education and Food Safe Level 2 certification, along with experience in food services. This part-time position offers a rate of $28.29 per hour.

We invite applications for the position of Program Worker - Food Services, 25 hours per week. The current rate of pay is $28.29 per hour plus 16.3% in lieu of benefits.
Grade 12 education and valid Food Safe Level 2 certification; knowledge of nutrition, health and safety standards relative to food service sanitation; minimum of one year current work experience in food services; experience in working effectively with students, staff and parents, and ability to liaise with suppliers; valid Class 5 B.C. driver\'s license and a personal vehicle available to use on the job; meets the physical requirements of the position; ability to work independently and as a member of a team; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
