Job summary

A leading technology firm in Toronto is seeking a qualified individual for a contract role that emphasizes customization and enhancement of Dynamic CRM systems. The position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Applicants should have substantial experience in building CRM workflows, working with Dynamics 365, and using MS Power BI. Ideal candidates are those familiar with public sector experiences, as this is highly preferred. This is a 9-month contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience with customization of Dynamic CRM, including entities, forms, and reports.
• Ability to build complex workflows and plug-ins for CRM.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Azure, and relevant APIs.

• Build and Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins and Complex Microsoft Power Automates flows.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure
• Expert knowledge working with Dynamic CRM SDK, Dynamic CRM Web API, Organization Services, OData Standard, Fetch XML and XRM Toolbox.
• MS Power BI experience
• Experience withAODA

Nice-To-Have's:

• OPS/Public Sector experience (highly preferred)
