Triad Contracting, a leading provider of high-quality roofing and exterior contracting services in Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario for the past 50 years, is seeking a dedicated and physically fit roofer, nailers and labourers to join our team!

At Triad Contracting, we pride ourselves on fostering a positive, professional environment where team members are valued. We offer full-time, steady work with the opportunity for overtime on a Monday to Friday Schedule, with occasional weekends. We provide all necessary safety gear and power tools; all we ask is that you bring your own steel-toe boots and hand tools

Key Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of asphalt shingles on sloped roofs of homes
• Loading and unloading materials onto or from pallets, truck and conveyor truck
• Lifting heavy objects by hand, cleaning work areas and equipment to assist operators
• Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure all safety protocols are follows while working at heights
• Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques is a plus

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and means of transportation to our office (800 Norah Cres)
• Up-to-date Working at Heights
• Comfortable with heights
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in roofing or construction
• The ability to stay motivated and work well with minimum supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and handle heavy tools and equipment
• Punctual, reliable and professional
