Overview

Waterproofer and roofer. Work site atmosphere: elevations, outdoors, noisy. Projects include commercial and residential work.

Responsibilities

• Apply water resistant finishes to concrete or various other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
• Install, repair or replace built-up roof utilizing products such as asphalt saturated felts and also warm asphalt and crushed rock
• Set up, fix or replace single-ply roof covering system using water-proof sheet products such as changed plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic make-ups

• Physical: Flexing, crouching, stooping; ability to manage heavy loads; repetitive tasks
