In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

What You’ll Do

• Executing and continuously monitor care plans

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing

• Required on‑call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs

ParaMed is also pleased to offer an additional $10,000 over a 24-month period for eligible full‑time nurses for the Northern Relocation Grant and/or the Northern Top‑up grant as part of the CCPN program.
