Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in the client’s home or chosen setting; demonstrate clinical judgment and ensure patient safety and well-being; collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate and respectful care; maintain accurate documentation and communication with the team.

Qualifications

Education

  • RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Current CPR certification required

Other Requirements

  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
