Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create Revit drawings from mark-ups or based on instructions from team members
• Working as part of a collaborative team developing three dimensional BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP models
• Assisting in creating new Revit families and content where required as well as modifying existing content
• Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines.
• Prepare Reference Models
• Organize and print drawing sets as requested in a timely manner
• Review drawings for quality control
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Training in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Building design
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM360 is a strong asset
• Experience with reading and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Architectural drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
• Ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong time management and organizational skills
