What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, managing architecture, data hygiene, workflows, and integrations
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and streamline lead hand‑offs and qualification rules
- Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools and content to succeed, managing quoting templates and automations
- Regularly audit the database to ensure accuracy and consistency across all revenue teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar data/analyst role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven proficiency in HubSpot CRM, with admin experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales funnel and metrics
- Experience with data visualization and reporting
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales efficiency is a plus
